A very experienced financial, Business and Tax advisor having considerable success in advising high net worth individuals and corporate clients on investments and in achieving their goals. Over 25 years’ experience in providing financial services and assisting clients in making informed decisions by showing them various options and helping them to assess the merits of different plans. Possessing in depth knowledge of industries and corporate environments, investment strategies and working hard to provide a high-quality, customer-driven and sales-focused service. Having excellent communication skills, able to work in a targeted environment, as an individual and also part of a team, and experienced at working to strict compliance requirements.
Mr. Rashid Ahmed Khan (Co-Founder)

Mr. Khan has done CIM in 2002 from Malaysia. Then moved to UK for prosper future. He did ACCA from KAPLAN and LSBF. Rashid is a committed professional and team player. Self-starter with a strong emphasis on professionalism. Confident individual with gravitas and strong communication skills to engage , influence and deliver solutions to clients.
Founder of BAS TAX Advisor, Guardian FM and Fleetville Security having sound knowledge of accounts & UK Company laws. Formed renewed joint venture with UP.RISE Ltd to bring the excellence of real estate investment to the UK.
Have joined hands with Ekuitas in 2020 to form the Construction wing of the group. Now leads & heads Ekuitas Construction and is known for delivering Quality Development work.

Effectively operating a blue chip multi unit franchise has enabled me to offer high quality leadership and apply my skills in a highly competitive QSR market. I am able to share my experience and expertise one has acquired over a 20 year period.
My Previous experience Also includes assisting the UK Government with UK Trade & Investment in relation to bilateral trade between Pakistan & the UK via the Pakistan Britain Trade and Investment Forum (PBTIF) solutions to clients.
Have joined hands with Ekuitas in 2022 to form the Ekuitas Retail wing of the group. Now leads & heads Ekuitas Retails and is known for delivering innovative work.
